Moral Panics & The Copyright Wars

William Patry's been a steady voice for many years in the world of copyright/copyright law.  While I was getting a handle on the ins-and-outs of digital music, his blog served to give a very open and entertaining account of the changes ongoing in the music industry and copyright in the digital age.

William's accounts always lack the fear-mongering (or "moral panics" as he puts it) of many of these kinds of conversations – an approach I really appreciate.
